I want to first apologize for taking a few weeks before posting this review. A couple of weeks ago your service technician Dave came out to our place to inspect and service our boiler that we purchased from Heatmasters 20 years ago. I have to say that he was one of the best and friendliest technicians that have come out to our home in the close to 30 years that we've had your company come out annually to inspect our boiler. As it turned out we needed a new boiler. Dave couldn't have been more helpful with all of our concerns and questions regarding purchasing a new boiler and the process of having a new one installed. He was even kind enough to come out a couple of days prior to the installation to clean out the boiler and radiator pipes before the new one was to be placed in. On Friday of last week we had the new boiler installed and it was installed professionally, timely and with what we thought was great care. The two technicians who came out were both very friendly, they kept us updated on the entire process. It's because of employees like Dave and the two technicians who came out to install the new boiler that we've been loyal customers of Heatmasters for close to 30 years. Also I want to give a big shout out to John who came out to set up the purchase of the boiler.

I had Heatmasters provide annual maintenance on my five year old Peerless Boiler. I was in the second year of a three year service agreement. The appointment was for the morning with a three hour service window between 9AM and noon. Heatmasters sent an email with a picture of the technician who would provide the service. The technician called when he was ten minutes away. I felt safe letting him into my home after seeing his face. He did the annual checkup in 15-20 minutes. He was kind and answered a few questions about my boiler that I had.

Very pleased with the quick appointment I was able to get. The technician was very courteous and helpful and we appreciated the fact that he waited for us due to a miscommunication on our part regarding time. I have used this business for many years. When there is a problem and you call them, they show up in a reasonable time window. Routine maintenance can be scheduled, and a reasonable service contract is available. My daughter in her new condo has recently used another Chicago service, and I am going to recommend that she use Heatmasters next time. In addition to the services above, they have installed a hot water heater in my home.

We chose Heatmasters after frustrating and poor experiences with Four Seasons. Heatmasters was excellent! They were on location at our condo within 3 hours of us calling after losing heat. Our technician Mario could not have been more professional. It was obvious he had expert knowledge on how to diagnose what the problem was. He took the time to explain what was going on and how to fix it. We will definitely be using Heatmasters from now on thanks to Mario’s fantastic service!

Mario, the Heatmaster service man, came earlier than I had expected at the beginning of the scheduled time window which pleased me. He was polite and professional as he readied my heating system for the coming winter. When finished, Mario suggested I use Heatmasters to clean my old galvanized steel pipes. Since I’ve used the company for many years now and find both the quality of the work and the prices very good, I plan to take the suggestion.
